Director of Music Ministry
Hello! My name is Stephanie Wilson and I am blessed to be serving as Resurrection Church’s new Music Director! I am the mother of four beautiful children, Clark (6), Carmella (4) and baby twins Emma and Theo- they fill me with such joy each and every day. We are blessed to share life with dad/husband, Joe.
My musical journey began at a very young age when I began playing the piano, then performed in a hammered dulcimer trio in the tri-state area with my mother and sister. We often played at churches as well as craft shows with a large portion of our repertoire being old time hymns and christian folk music. I performed in church my entire life and many other venues along my journey but coming back to a church to sing, has always been akin to coming home. For me, worshiping through song is one of the most powerful and personal ways to share God’s love and it is something the entire congregation can share in. I love all types of christian music; both the classic hymns and contemporary songs and try to incorporate a bit of them all into our weekly services here at Resurrection.
